Take a bowl, add the clams with some bacon, mushroom and juice from the pan.
On top, you can add cube of red bell pepper, fried onions and some fresh thyme.

800 grm. Clams
50 grm. Bacon
160 grm. Mushroom
40 grm. Onions
1 pc. Thyme
2 grm. Parsley
5 cl. White Wine
20 grm. Butter

- Clean the onions and sliced thinly.
- Sliced bacon in a small part and keep in the bowl.
- Clean the mushroom and sliced.
- Take a sauce pan, add the butter and add onions.
- After nice coloration, add the bacon and the mushroom.
- After few minute add the clams and the white wine.
- Covers for 5 minute. Last minute add pepper, lemon, and fresh parsley.
You can serve with french fries!
